Job Description

Responsible for the reliability of the critical rotating equipment systems three plant sites. Provide daily technical support, troubleshooting of operability problems, development of routine and turnaround repair scope, and long range capital project planning.

This position is considered a developmental opportunity for future leaders in maintenance and reliability organizations. Provide supervision to technicians. Ensure technical development plans are effective. Ensure predictive management systems (lubrication and vibration monitoring) are functioning effectively. Problem solving within multiple process technologies (POTBA, EO, and polymers).

Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering 8 to 15 years of plant engineering experience (Petrochemical, Polymers, Construction, Turbo services industry) Strong rotating equipment background Thorough understanding of turbo machinery system design and operation Working knowledge of corporate engineering and industry standards Communication and process/safety management competencies, which are considered critical for effectively engaging various levels of the organization
